Introduction
One of the highest pied segment in the job market is IT. In that also ERP is at higher position if not the highest. You dont have to have an IT background to get a job in ERP sector. I myself is an Application consultant in a reputed ERP company. My degree is in Production Engineering. Currently I m reading for an MBA , specialized in Management of Technology. I get the more or less the same package ( some time higher ) than my IT friends. So you can be from any background but ERP jobs are open to you. I will give you some examples below.
