1. Training and Education Required for a Technical Related Jobs ( Ex : DBA/Developers/Software Engineer)

You need a IT related degree / Diploma / Training and Experience if you have functional knowledge ( ex exposure to supply chain Functionalities , have worked in a production environment , or have knowledge in accounting )

 2. Training and Education Required for a Functional Related Jobs ( Ex : Consultant / Application Consultant / Functional Designers / QA Engineers )

You need to have academic qualification related to the ERP segment you are going to work on. For example , you can become an Application consultant in the finance module in any ERP application if you have academic qualification in finance ( ex : degree in accountancy ). If you have experience , will be a favorite candidate to the post. Having little bit of IT knowledge would be an added advantage.
