A round of applause please for Lilli S. for her wonderfully thorough presentation on the critically endangered Abaco Barb horses for the 4-H Ag Expo in Washington County, Maryland this past July. Her efforts earned her a special certificate from us, suitable for framing.

"It's always so great when a young person steps up and actually does something on behalf of the horses," says Susan Dudasik, Abaco Barb Youth Project coordinator. "We really appreciate Lilli shining a spotlight on their plight. The Abaco Barb really is just fighting to survive."

A member of the Saddles-n-Spurs 4-H club, Lilli is in the intermediate division of which she proudly represented at the Ag Expo this year.
