Sonogram Fund Challenge
According to Mimi Rehor, Executive Director of Arkwild, their most current pressing need is to raise funds in the neighborhood of $2500 towards the purchase of a special sonogram machine so they can preg check the Abaco Barb mares in 2007 without the need & expense of restraints or tranquilizers (as the horses are still wild).
To aid in this special Fundraising endeavor, an original finish Peter Stone ISH (Ideal Stock Horse) model has been pledged to the Salmon Model Horse 4-H Club by one of their many club supporters. "Definately Dunnit" is a buttermilk dun waiting to be awarded in a special drawing from a pool of names who cared enough to hold a fundraiser event (see list below) geared specifically towards the purchase of a Sonogram machine.
How's that for incentive?! The Rules are quite simple, really.
RULES:
- entrants can enter individually or as a group
- entrants must be under 18 years of age
- entrants can be either 4-H members or not
- fundraiser must have occurred between January 1 and December 31, 2008
- funds raised must be turned in to Arkwild no later than January 31, 2009 along with this special MS doc form telling Arkwild that your donation is earmarked specifically towards the Sonogram purchase, plus have your name entered in special drawing for the original finish Peter Stone ISH model
- funds must be mailed in the form of a check or money order (please no cash) to:

- drawing to be done by member of the Salmon Model Horse 4-H Club
- winner to be notified by email no later than February 28, 2009 or until we get notification of receipt of funds from Arkwild, whichever comes first.
