Congratulations to East Coast native, Amanda B. whose science project scored a 98% overall, good enough for an A!

"One night my Mom and I were on the computer looking for endangered horse species and we found the Abaco Barbs," explained Amanda. "I knew instantly that I wanted to have my science project be about them. Over the next few days I became more and more infatuated. I wanted to help. I've dreamt of helping an endangered species before and suddenly the opportunity was right there. I told my friends about it and they were hooked too. Not only would we feel good about it but we would be helping a BEAUTIFUL horse that deserves protection. My dad suggested that I make up a few informational brochures, so that's my next project."
