What a bunch of glue-sniffers. People in California, somehow get Ralph Nader's name on the Green Party Primary ballot and the guy wins. I'm so tired of these Nader brown nosers....
Fine. Tell you what. I will vote for Nader IF he registers Green (he never has) AND signs on to the entire Green Party Platform.
That is the only way I will vote for him. If Nader ends up being the Green's candidate and doesn't meet those conditions, I will go for another 3rd party candidate or just vote in local elections.
Running Nader again is a mistake. We know the party will not win this election, the reason to run a presidential candidate is to help the party grow so it can win more local and state elections. But running Ralph will not do that, because he doesn't work for the party, he works for his own agenda...an agenda I pretty much whole-heartedly agree with, but so do most Greens. But right or wrong, he has been branded with a stigma (actually wrong) that he put Bush in office. [And if you still think that, your thinking is a deep as a soap dish]
So the best thing for "the agenda" AND the party is to run someone else with Ralph helping. But Ralph doesn't help.
