Rice and Bean Burritos

   1 cup of Mexican Rice
   1/2 cup refried beans
   Salsa
   1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
   5 medium sized flour tortillas
If you made your Mexican Rice specifically for this recipe then it should still be hot. If it is leftover then heat it up, either in the microwave, or in a saucepan on the stove. Next, cook your refried beans according to package instructions. Heat up the flour tortillas in the microwave, one at a time works best. Place the tortilla on a plate, spread a spoonful of beans down the middle. Next spoon a tablespoon of salsa on beans, follow that by a spoonful of rice.
Top with sprinkled cheddar cheese. Now wrap up. You do this by folding in the ends and roll until it is rolled up. Continue until all tortillas are done. Now place all burritos in a casserole dish and cook in a 300 degree oven for about ten minutes. This last step is important because it holds the burritos together and makes them easier to eat. If you want a challenge, skip this step. Enjoy!
