To me, breakfast is the easiest meal to eat light. So many people skip this meal al together. I don't particularly care for it myself but I have noticed a big difference in my energy level when I skip breakfast. It goes down!!!
I mentioned this in the dessert/snacks but it is worth mentioning again.

Cover some fresh fruit of your choice with some low fat yogurt of your choice and top with low-fat or natural granola.

Peel a grapefruit, and an orange, slice them and put them in a bowl. In a smaller bowl place a tbs. of honey, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a tbs. of water. Pour this over your citrus and enjoy! You can also add chopped almonds or another kind of nut to this as well.
