Vegetarian Chili


   2 cups beans, cooked
   1 26fl oz. pasta sauce, plus 1 cup pasta sauce
   3 cups chopped broccoli
   1 cup chopped carrots
   1 cup chopped celery
   1 4 oz. can mushrooms
   1 5.5oz can tomato juice
   1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
   1 tsp. minced garlic
   1/2 tsp. chili powder
   pinch cayenne pepper ( or more, depending on how hot you want it)
Place all of the ingredients into a large pot. Let it simmer for 45 minutes, or until the flavors have blended to your satisfaction.
