2 cups beans, cooked |

1 26fl oz. pasta sauce, plus 1 cup pasta sauce |

3 cups chopped broccoli |
 |

1 cup chopped carrots |
 |

1 cup chopped celery |
 |

1 4 oz. can mushrooms |
 |
|
1 5.5oz can tomato juice |
 |
|
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin |
 |
|
1 tsp. minced garlic |
 |
|
1/2 tsp. chili powder |
 |
|
pinch cayenne pepper ( or more, depending on how hot you want it) |
Place all of the ingredients into a large pot. Let it simmer for 45 minutes, or until the flavors have blended to your satisfaction.
