Cars eligible to compete in this class include the Tomy Super G+ Car, Tomy Turbo car, Tyco 440-X2 Car and Life-Like Fast Trackers.
The chassis must be stock and cannot be modified except to allow for the following:
a) Add body mounts.
b) Mount any guide pin holder- guide pin must remain in stock
position.
c) Add motor bushings or motor ball bearings.
d) Drill two holes for adjustable brush barrels.
e) The pickup tabs on the chassis may be reinforced and/or
replaced, the chassis may be modified to retain the rear axle.
These chassis can be purchased all ready made with holes drilled and pin guides in.
Any HOPAC- approved commercially available polymer magnets are legal. Original quality must not be exceeded.
The use of glues or adhesives in any location on the chassis is not allowed with the exception of the guide pin and body mounting system and magnets.
The armature must be a 120 polymer armature or equivalent.
There are no restrictions on the guide pin, gears, axles, wheels and tyres.
Clear bodies may be used. Any body used must cover the chassis when viewed from above (except through legal openings).
