Parts

12" piece of 4" diameter PVC piping

20" piece of 1.5" diameter PVC piping

4" to 3" reducer

3" to 1.5" reducer

1.5" to 1.5" female threaded coupling , threaded on the inside at one end

Several pieces of foam pad or sponge (silencing material)

(NOTE) You may have to alter the diameter of the pieces to match the specifications of your gun. You shouldn't need to buy any new piping, use the leftovers from your barrel and combustion chamber.

(NOTE) Don't forget if you have a lesser diameter on any of these pieces that you ought to increase the length to compensate.

Assembly:
ALWAYS use primer first!
First and most importantly, the inside of your coupling sleeve and the outside of your gun barrel need to be threaded. This is because you do not want to permanently affix the silencer to your gun for various reasons.

Take a piece of pvc 20" long by 11/2" thick and drill several small holes all over it.
These holes allow the air to expand before exiting the barrel.

Glue the piece of 20" long, 1 1/2" diameter piping into the non-threaded end of the coupling.

Carve out the inside of the 1 1/2" part of the 3" to 1 1/2" reducer. This will allow the
1 1/2" pvc to slide threw it and connect to the coupling.

Glue the 3" to 1 1/2" reducer to the 4" to 3" reducer. You'll need a small piece of 3" pvc about 6" long to go between the two reducers in order to connect them.

Glue the 12" long piece of 4" pvc into the 4" to 3" reducer.

Slide the two reducers and 4" pvc over the 1 1/2" pvc so it touches the 1 1/2" coupling.

Stuff the foam or sponge into the area between the 4" pvc and the 1 1/2" pvc, the tighter, the better. This silences and slowly allows the air to expand as it hits it. This is what will absorb the bang.

Drill or cut  a 1 1/2" hole in the center of a 4" end cap.

Put glue around the hole on the inside of the end cap and on the end of the 1 1/2" pvc.

Glue the 4" end cap onto the 4" pvc. The 1 1/2" pvc should be perfectly centered around the hole in the end cap.

TIP:  If You can't get the pipe threaded then just put an 1 1/2" coupling on the end and duct tape it on!                   God Bless Duct Tape!!!!
