| Chamber: (All steps must be completed twice for two chambers.) And ALWAYS use primer first. 1. Take a 4" end cap and drill a hole in the center just big enough for the valve stem to fit threw. 2. Pull a Valve Stem threw the hole. 3. Glue the end cap onto a piece of pvc 4" thick by 12" long. 4. Glue a 4" to 3" reducer onto the other end of the 4"x12" pvc. 5. Glue a piece of pvc 3" thick into the end of the 4" to 3" reducer. The length of the 3" pvc is optional. I suggest making it as long as possible while making sure that the 4" to 3" reducer is touching the 3" to 1 1/2" reducer. 6. Glue a 3" to 1 1/2" reducer onto the other end of the 3" pvc. 7. Glue a 1 1/2" to 1" reducer into the 3" to 1 1/2" reducer. 8. Glue a small peice of 1" pvc into the 1 1/2" to 1" reducer. Make it as long as possible while making sure that the 1 1/2" to 1" reducer is touching the 1" ball valve. 9. Glue a 1" ball valve onto the 1" pvc. 10. Glue a piece of 1" pvc into the other end of the 1" ball valve. 11. Glue a 1" elbow onto the piece 1" pvc. 12. Glue a piece of 1" pvc into the other end of the 1" elbow. 13. Repeat steps 1-12. 14. Glue a 1" T joint onto the two pieces of 1" pvc. This should connect the two 1" elbows to the 1" T joint. 15. Glue a piece of 1" pvc into the last open end of the 1" T joint. 16. Glue a 1" ball valve onto the piece of 1" pvc. 17. Glue a piece of 1" pvc into the other end of the 1" ball valve. 18. Glue a 1" to 1 1/2" reducer onto the piece of 1" pvc. 19. Glue a 1 1/2" female threaded coupling onto the 1" to 1 1/2" reducer. 20. Visit my "barrels" page and make a barrel that fits your needs, then screw it on and have fun. I've made the Picture and Directions as simple and detailed as I could, If you still have problems with it then you probally shouldn't be playing with any form of projectile. So remember, if you hurt your self the it's your own dumb ass fault. |
