VBRmp3 Audio - better use of the bits, more complicated

Normal Mp3 - easier, one program solution

If you are going for extreme, then go for VBR. Otherwise just use normal CBR MP3. If your video has no audio, or you rather handle it on your own, then click on Next to skip audio processing and go straight to video.
