Classic Games

Welcome to the classic games page, where I will help you recreate some of the great matches in the sport's history. In addition to the rosters and lineups, I have also included what stadium and time to use for the game, as well as a short description of what really happened in the game. Enjoy!

HOW TO USE: Next to many of the players is a three-letter code. This code corresponds to what team that player is on in the default rosters. If "-AAA" follows it, that means he's on that team's Triple-A club in MVP. (Create) means you need to create the player, so just click that word and you will jump to the desired player's CAP formula. If no code follows a player's name, then he is already on that team, you don't need to move him. I am aware that there is a limit of 25 created players at one time, so you may need to edit a fictional minor leaguer if you want to fully create these rosters. Unfortunately I cannot offer suggestions regarding that, so if you're trying to do this, take the player's height and body type and attempt to find a match among the fake players, where you can then edit the rest of his attributes. I hope you will find these rosters useful, so enjoy!

9/8/1998 Chicago (NL) vs. St. Louis: McGwire hits #62, J. D. Drew debuts.
4/2/2001 Oakland vs. Seattle: Ichiro's debut.
10/6/2001 Boston vs. Baltimore: Cal Ripken's farewell game.
10/25/2003 Florida vs. New York (AL): Game 6 of the '03 World Series.
