This inspection covers areas and systems that most commonly fail in a home:

- visual inspection of roof

Full Interior Inspection

This interior inspection includes all areas from the Basic Inspection, as well as:

- circuit panel inspection
- water pressure measurement
- water quailty test
- lead paint test
- dangerous chemical swab
- air quailty test
- furnace filter inspection

Complete Home Inspection

This inspection includes all areas from the Basic and Full Interior Inspections, as well as:

- physical roof inspection
- exterior siding age assessment
- ground level grade assessment
- fencing inspection
- sidewalks / driveway inspection
- tree / root damage risk assessment
