Omelet
(Fried Egg)
How to make
a perfect omelet? It's like playing a game: You've got to practice,
practice, practice. Luckily, an omelet tastes wonderful no matter
what it looks like, so those first few attempts that don't look
like they belong on the cover of Malaysian Cuisine shouldn't go
competely to waste.
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 medium sized onion
1 small can of button mushrooms
1 red chilli
1/2 tea spoon ( the smaller spoon) of salt
1 table spoon of marjerine
Steps:
1. Cut
the onion, mushrooms and red chilli into small slices
2. Break the eggs into a bowl and beat the eggs lightly with
a fork.
3. Heat up the pan. Put in the marjerine.
4. When butter is sizzling, pour in the egg mixture.
5. After about 1 minute, add the onion, mushrooms and red chilli.
6. Carefully fold one side of the omelet over the half with
your filling.
7. Then use the spatula to push it neatly onto your plate.
