Roast Spareribs
INGREDIENTS
  • 1.4 lb spareribs
  • 1 tbsp diced garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp wine
  • pinch of sugar
  • 4 tbsps sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsps water
  • drop of sesame oil
  • Roast Spareribs
    PROCEDURES
    1. Rinse the spareribs then drain.
    2. Marinate the sparerins with the mixture of salt, soy sauce, wine, and sugar for about 2 hours.
    3. Preheat the oven to 180°C for 15 minutes.
    4. Bake the sparerins for 50 minutes
    5. Combine the remaining ingredients for the sauce. Bring to a boil and pour over the spareribs.
    6. Baste the chicken evry 15 minutes with fat and cooking juices that collect in the bottom of the pan.
    7. After 30 minutes, pour the softdrink over the chicken. Baste again every 15 minutes until the chicken is done.
    8. Total baking time is approximately 1 to 1 ½ hour.
