Mashed Potato
INGREDIENTS
  • 4 medium potatoes, boiled and coarsely mashed
  • ¼ c butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp white pepper
  • ¼ tsp MSG
  • Dash of garlic powder
  • ¼ c milk
  • Mashed Potato
    PROCEDURES
    1. Combine all ingredients together until well mixed.
    2. Spread mixture in a square pyrex dish.
    3. It may be served as is or baked at 350°F for 30 minutes or until top is tinged with gold; or brown top under a preheated broiler for 2 or 3 minutes.
