Sally uses Nicole to access a file. When an alarm sounds, Nicole
uses a radio link to continue downloading the file. Sally runs to
a bridge and jumps off as Nicole yells at her.
Part One:
Sally lands on the train, and Nicole scolds her for moving without back-up.
Sally explains that Rotor is monitoring Nicole's signal so he should be able to
figure out what's going on. Rotor tells everyone that Robotnik is moving
his Dynamac-3000, a super-robot,
ahead of schedule. He continues by explaining that Sally went to gather
information. Sonic rushes off to find Sally as Rotor instructs everyone
to board a plane. Antoine flies everyone, afraid of Rotor's new modifications.
Meanwhile, Sally finds something, and Nicole tries to scan it. When Sally
asks what is wrong, a hand covers her mouth. Soon Sonic approaches the train
only to be shot from behind.
Part Two:
Geoffrey St. John moves his hand from Sally's mouth and gives her a
kiss. Sally pushes him away and demands to know what he is doing
here. Geoffrey explains that his team was going to stop the robot
that is in the railcar. He also explains that the robot isn't ordinary.
Meanwhile, Sonic stands up from the ground. He flags the airplane
as it goes by. Rotor tells Antoine to lower the ladder. After
Sonic grabs on to the ladder, he has Antoine fly him closer to the train
so he can jump onto it.
Sally asks where Geoffrey's men are, and he says that they're trying
to stop the train. Suddenly the breaks squeal, and the two are thrown
to the ground. Dynamac becomes active, and Sally asks Nicole for suggestions.
Nicole tells them to run and wait for back-up. Sally disagrees and
Nicole says that it doesn't make sense to stay.
Tails flies Sonic onto the train, and Dynamac stands up, breaking through
the ceiling of the railcar. Sonic tries to hit the robot, but he is
knocked inside of the car. Geoffrey asks if this is another trainee,
and Sonic becomes angry. The robot transforms so that it looks like
a spider and starts crawling on the tops of the railcars. Rotor tells
Antoine not to get close to the robot. The robot grabs the plane,
preventing it from moving.
Part Three:
Sally tries to get Geoffrey and Sonic to settle down. Geoffrey
explains that his men need more time to complete their task. Sally
says they can't wait too long and asks Nicole for suggestions. Nicole
explains that Dynamac has two weaknesses. The first weakness is that
it reacts to situations and cannot predict actions. The second weakness
is that an electronic pulse scrambler can be inserted into the back of its
head, disrupting the central processing unit. Nicole says that the
first weakness must be exploited in order to take advantage of the second
weakness. As soon as Nicole finishes her sentence, the robot grabs
Sally and pulls her outside of the car. Sonic tries to hit the robot,
but he is hit by a laser. Geoffrey tries to use a gun to capture Dynamac,
but only its head is covered.
The two climb out of the car, and Sonic explains that he has a device from Rotor
that will scramble the robot. Sonic tells Geoffrey to get ready while he
creates a distraction. Sonic spins through the robots arm, freeing Sally.
Geoffrey catches Sally as Sonic runs behind the robot. Rotor reminds Antoine
that the plane has been modified and asks him to switch the plane from horizontal
to vertical flight. The plane will be a distraction for Sonic. Sonic
sticks the scrambler into the robot and Geoffrey gives a signal to his men.
One of them shoots the robot,
shattering it to pieces.
Later the freedom fighters load the contents of train into the plane
as Sally talks to Geoffrey. Geoffrey kisses Sally and then leaves on
the train. Sonic thinks that Sally is trying to make him jealous and
that two can play at that game.

Part I:
Knuckles thinks to himself as he walks through some ancient ruins.
The Chaotix are missing because of him. Knuckles thinks that he can
share the blame with Archimedes. He doesn't know where the Chaotix
are held, but he knows they are close to the ruins. In his mind, he
imagines Archimedes laughing his head off. A shadow watches Knuckles
on some monitors and says that Knuckles cannot see the bigger picture or
even what is under his nose.

Part One:
Rotor wakes up and thinks he was dreaming. Sonic and Sally come
to his room and say they heard him scream. Rotor explains that he
thought he heard something from his old radio that hasn't worked in years.
Rotor explains that it is an antique that was given to him from his mom.
Suddenly the voice yells for Rotor's help, and Rotor says that it is his
mom's voice. Sally says they should go to the lab.
When they are in the lab, Rotor tracks the waves to the northern part
of Mobius. Sally says that it is one of the last untouched areas.
Rotor doubts it and starts to ask for permission to leave. Sally tells
Rotor to go with her blessing. Sonic puts an arm around Rotor and
says that there is nothing to worry about with him at Rotor's side.
Rotor apologizes and says that it is family business as he shakes Sonic's
hand. When Sonic recovers from the hearty handshake, Sally says that
it's something that Rotor has to do alone.
Rotor climbs in his bathysphere (from Sonic the Hedgehog mini-series
#1) and makes his way to the Frozen North Sea. Rotor anchors the sub
to an iceberg and swims toward the ice floe. After sliding on the ice, Rotor
realizes that his mom and his baby brother Skeeter
are in a trance. Rotor pretends to be in a trance and follows the walruses
into a hidden fortress. Robotnik appears on a large monitor and says that
his neuron bomb short-circuited everyone's brains. He continues to explain
his first plan was to melt the ice caps, but the budget was too high. Now
his plan is to build a giant freezer to create a new ice age. When Rotor
does not respond to Robotnik's statements, an icebot
hits him in the leg. Rotor talks back and runs away, realizing that he blew
his cover. Rotor runs toward the water as an icebot throws its club at him.
The club hits Rotor in the head, and he falls into the water.
Sonic-Grams highlights:
~ The Knuckles mini-series has been postponed so that Spaz and
Harvo can do the art
~ When Sonic CD was released in the US and Canada, Sega decided to call
the pink hedgehog Princess Sally. However, since she looked nothing like
the Princess Sally from the comics or ABC show, the people at Archie Comics kept
the original name for the comic adaptation: Amy Rose
~ Dylan is pronounced "Dill-an"
