| Easter Eggs, in reference to online games, are little tricks and suprises that one does not expect. Along those lines this page is a suprise as there is no direct link to it unless one is paying attention to the website. Congratulations, you found a secret page that I intend to place some, hopefully advanced, information about Star-Strike. I didn't want to place everything into the Player's Guide, but still wanted an easy to see record of the rest of the information. This is it. | --With 1625 Production Facilities it will take 9.32 minutes to build one fully loaded destroyer. With 1125 Production Facilities it will take 9.52 minutes to build one identical ship. Therefore either Orbital Production Facilites add very little or the individual Production Facilities add very little to the time required to build ships. More testing is necessary --While fighters require half the turns of destroyers turnwise to build, timewise they require more time to utilize the same amount of turns. Ratio for fighters is 5.268 minutes / 0.8 turns / 1 ship while the ratio for destroyers is 9.32 minutes / 1.6 turns / 1 ship. This is with 1625 Production Facilites. --In the Scientific Page, if set the Idea Research on 0 or 100% no Topic research will be accomplished, however Topic Research will occur if any other value used. --Slight bug in the Scientific page in that sometimes Topic research must be accomplished to 100% twice before a new Research Idea becomes available. -- |

| When doing research the Idea Research percentage can be modified. The change between one setting and another is not uniform, but instead appears to follow an exponential growth or decrease (depending on which way one is moving the percentage). At a high percentage, such as 90%, the efficiency of each Research Facility is rather high, around 0.0256 points per Facility. However down near the 50% Idea Research setting this efficiency drops off quite a bit to 0.00457 points per Facility. More testing required. |
