Our Privacy Policy

Privacy and your security is paramount to Sigma Delta Gamma.

Our Board of Directors have gone through great pains to ensure the privacy of all of our members at all times. At no time will they hand out any information to anyone about any of our members. This way, your privacy is ensured. It is very important to us that you feel secure in the knowledge that no information about you, or your life, is ever divulged to others.

• If you are new to the crossdressing world, may we give you some free advice:

First, adopt a femme name. You can of course choose any name you wish, but you might like to consider using a name that is not close to your true name but something totally different. Like Joe would become Susan, or Peter would be Gina, and so on. Use this name for communicating with your sisters. If you want to use a last name, why not create a new one as well? As for e-mails, why not get one of the free e-mail services like Hotmail or Yahoo. This way you can stay in touch with other sisters as well as posting on our Yahoo group. All we ask at Sigma Delta Gamma is that you use your adopted femme name for chapter purposes, interacting with your sisters online, and at our socials.

Speaking of socials, from time to time some members like to take photos. If you see this happening, and you think that you are about to be "in the shot" but you don't want to have your photo taken, let the person taking the picture know that you don't want to be included or at east turn away from the lens. We never publish or post pictures on our website (or any other) without first getting express permission from everyone that was included in the photo. If you were included in the picture, but you don't want to be identified, let us know and you will be cropped out, or your face will be obscured. Always remember, privacy and security, is one of our main focuses at Sigma Delta Gamma.
