The Computer Laboratory is
equipped with the latest technology where the students are trained by well-qualified
faculty. Apart from exellent hardware facilities all the necessary as well
as latest software required for application development are provided to
the students ranging from shareware LINUX to professional and enterprise
editions of various visual tools. Students are also provided with the commercial
packages that help them to excel in their field of specialisation. Keeping
abreast with the changing time the Institute has gone in for the Internet
leased line facility too.

has four Pentium-4 servers.
In all 74 nodes are functioning under Novell, WinNT & Linux environment. Internet leased line facility is also available in the LAB. Latest language compilers and packages are available. |
Enough laboratory time is made available to the students for maximum utilization of the computing facilities. Our main strength is highly qualified & experienced faculty members, who are very enthusiastic in learning new technologies and updating their skill sets. Faculty members are always ready to guide students apart from regular teaching hours and maintaining the disciplined behavior in the departments.

TheDepartment has provided the Internet Leased Line facility for students.
This gives students a chance to explore the subject to the infinite depth
according to their needs & beyond the reference material available.
Students are allotted for the time slot for downloading the reference material
for their seminars, project reports etc.

To explain the concepts interactively & in efficient way department has high resolution TOSHIBA 610 series of LCD projectors. Students are provided with these equipment to deliver the presentation & seminars of their choice. |
| OHP's are used regularly by the faculties to teach students in classrooms so that wastage of time can be avoided. Students are also free to use the OHP's for their classroom presentations. |  |

The printing facility is provided by the range of printers, department is equipped with. Printing series includes high quality Epson LQ 1050+. |
A separate EDP Division is in operation with two high configured Pentium Servers. These servers have been attached with 10 Nodes. The application software development and various kinds of data processing activities are being carried out to meet the continuous and ever growing requirements of various organizations.
