Women dancing at the Tenjin Festival
These women are dancing at the Tenjin Festival in Tsuruoka which takes place on 25th May.  The aim of this festival seems to be to give away as much alcohol as you can while not letting anyone know who you are.  (Hence the hats.)
This page can have stories, poems, jokes, whatever you want to share.
