Jawhar is Knight’s Marshal; Fighter practice is being held Sundays and Mondays at Jawhar’s parents’ house- Contact Jawhar for directions. Sunday is training, Monday is application. Discussion of moving to one of the city parks, maybe Hyde in the South Side. Reminder: Estrella is coming up, time to get armor and weapons ready
Herald: Nothing to report; Jawhar requested the herald come to fighter practice to help the new fighters with names.

Exchequer: Shire has $1686.80 (did I hear right?) in the bank; we should be able to do Coronation without asking for help from Lonely Tower

Geocities is closing as of Oct. 26. Roberto was gracious enough to donate a 1-yr registration of lostmoor.org thru godaddy.com. Request for the next financial committee meeting- is the Shire willing to commit to $15/year to maintain the domain name? Also, there is an electronic flyer on the website.

Herald; has box and records. Would like to create a Shire heraldry wall. would need all the arms/devices in a uniform size, panels of wood with hooks and eyes.
Exchequer; Shire account has a balance of $1943.80, 1 check outstanding. Previous Exchequer didn't retrieve $181 refund from bank. Approved $600 for site
Webwright; Need materials, photos, art, essays, etc. Francesca and Jawhar offered photos.
Coronation: Event Stewards Elspeth and Francesca. Possible assistance from Lonely Tower for money and volunteers.
$600 allocated for site from the Shire. Locations discussed: Zion Church, Armory. Armory cost $575 + $50 an hour. Elspeth is going to talk to Wilhelm about getting a discount.
Elizabethan Rush: We would get 50% of the profits. Rush would do most of the work and provide most of the staff. We would need volunteers for Troll.
Cooks' symposium: Cooks' Guild would do most of the work in terms of classes, feast, etc. We would need Troll and general volunteers.
Terrible's Casino Demo: Weekend Camping event, period camping encouraged. Merchants encouraged (fees?). Three demos on Saturday, including archery. Marshmallow crossbow shoots- Niclas volunteered to make the crossbows if someone could get him one to use as a model.
Working on getting Kingdom support. Points to consider are marshalling, insurance, crowd control-constables?
