Hey and welcome to the traditional art page. Here you'll find graphite, pen and ink, color pencils, and another other traditional medium. Hope you enjoy what you see, and remember each pic of art is copyrighted to me.. So don't going stealing and claiming it as your own.. If it happens I'll take legal action.

Ok I think I'm done.. I may touch up a few little things, but yeah, done.. Its a close up of a dressage horse.. I'm overall happy with it, though it could have been better. I think I'm more pleased with the person and the saddle/blanket than the horse.. Used:Graphite pencils on Bristol

For time to time I like to do wood burnings. This is a simple rose, that I gave to my grandmother. I offer these for commissions. Art is © SheWolfGeo (Shandy)

Done this what time I was subbing for a teacher at the middle school.. Could have been better. Its an arabian. I'm not to pleased with the mane and tail but I'm somewhat happy with the shading.(reference used)
Used: Graphite pencils Watercolor paper (140lb) 9 X 12 Art is © SheWolfGeo (Shandy)

Now, I have a long way to go for outstanding work. But for someone who hasn't
picked up a color pencil in over a year, it's pretty damn good. After I get more skilled and maybe get a bigger prismacolor set I'll start to commission these off.. Of course if you want one now, I'll be glad to do one. Used:
Prismacolors, Reeves watercolor pencils, and parchment paper Art is © SheWolfGeo (Shandy)
This is many years old, but still a fairly nice drawing. I still have this one somewheres in my books. Art is © SheWolfGeo (Shandy)
This is a pen and ink drawing. Done many years ago when I was still in high school. Reference from in the book "Sketching Your Favorites Sujects in Pen and Ink" copyrighted to the owner. Art is © SheWolfGeo (Shandy)

Finally completed this horse head. It's much to say. The reference was from a horse calendar, so it may look familiar to some of yas. I'm not sure if the horse in the calendar was an arabian, but any who.. Its a horse, unknown breed to me.. I'm not to pleased with the outcome of the shading, prob. b/c I was subbing at the high school and working on this is my first class. I had eyes watching. Normally it doesn't bug me, but the class I was subbing for the day was welding, all guys. So, naturally I get home and my hubby askes if I found a new young boyfriend. I couldn't help but laugh at him. Silly man.. Anyways, enjoy the pic. Used: Graphite pencils 9x12 Watercolor paper 140 lb Art is © SheWolfGeo (Shandy)
