My pages

Hey there. This is the photography page. Everything here it what I took from a camera. Hope you enjoy what you see, and remember each pic of art is copyrighted to me.. So don't going stealing and claiming it as your own.. If it happens I'll take legal action.

So this is a swamp or pond that I stopped to take photos of on my trip in Minnesota visiting my sister and bother-in-law. I played with the effects on this one. I hoped it looks ok. I think the black border makes the color pop out more, hope it isn't to much.

Everyone meet Dixie, my harl. Great Dane pup. She's around 6 months old in this photo. Had her since Jan. sometime, and yes I'm slow getting pictures up. She's gotten a lot bigger since this picture. Hopefully I'll get more of her soon. Enjoy until then.

I don't know the name of it or the location, but its somewhere in Ky. It may not even have a name, just some waterfall.. Tooken many years go and just resently came across it.. I placed a white border because it was hard to see it well with a black one.. As always, enjoy.

This was taken in Minnesota this past week. (June 23-30) I was visiting my sister and bother in law. Anyways I took a 4-wheeler ride with my sister, and we took this road, which is an old rail road. They removed the tracks of course, and now its a road for ATVs and horses and such. But we can to two different areas which is in the picture. As you can see you the pines on both sides of the road. I thought it was nice and wanted to take photos. These are the best two of each part of the road, so I just combine them together. Enjoy.

If it wasn't for my sister and her hubby for living up in Minnesota I'd ever get a pic like this... This is actually the Head Waters of the Mississippi.. Yes, this river happens to come from a lake (Lake Itasca, which means elk).. At this place you can walk right though the river and it'll only be about knee deep.

This is a small cabin that belongs to some of my in-laws folks... My hubby took me to it last summer.. It isn't far from my home so I can go back one day, and I think I might (take some b&w photos of it) But anyways, use to anyone could go in it, but not now.. It use to have a shooting range too. I can't tell ya how old this cabin is, but I know it has it's original wood still from when it was first built. I'm hoping to get to go in it one day.. But all in good time I guess.

This is Lake Itasca, the lake that the Mississippi comes out of.. I have about two more pics of the lake.. They'll all be in color since the black and white ones are bad.. The light wasn't good for it. But its another future print I guess. All in good time.. Enjoy.

Its really blue here, which can depend on the time of day, time of year, water level, and weather and so on. The river is called Boy River found in Minnesota.

Ok, this was taken with a 35 mm camara, not so good. This is Zeus, my dane, it was taking either in the lower part of my yard or in the field. It was about 5 of 6 in the evening, the sun was setting a bit.. It was just the perfect pose for the day, and I wouldn't mind doing a Dane calander, but I only have two danes so that would be hard, and danes are hard to find around here... But maybe I'll settle for a print one day. If you look closey at his back leg you can see flies, thats one reason why I think it was in the field.. (horses you know)
