I love it, it's very gentle, soothing, and captures the heart of ancient Egypt when Tari first arrives.

Heaven - Performed by Ayumi Hamasaki - Beautiful song that I thought fit perfectly when Tari first meets Hathor and Isis. It just gave me so much hope when I first heard it. So lovely....

Kirakuni - Performed by Crystal Kay - I just love the attitude of this song! Tari is the king of person that likes to take it easy and not make thing harder than they have to be. This songs depicts that perfectly. Plus, Crystal Kay is amazing!!

Motherland, from the soundtrack to the anime Full Metal Alchemist - Performed by Crystal Kay - This song I chose this as Tari's theme song because...to me, it describes her perfectly...gentle, a bit of pain, yet filled with a strength deep in her.

Passion - Performed by Utada Hikaru - Of all the songs that could tell me how ancient Egypt might have been, it's THIS one! I love it, it's very New Age, but still holds a bit of mystery about the ancient past, which Tari gets closer and closer to finding out. Love it!

The Start Of Something New- single from the Disney Channel original movie High School Musical - Performed by Zac Efron and Vanessa Anne Hudgens - A lovely duet song that will perfectly depict Tari's feelings for....well, you all have to keep reading to find out! ^.~

Along with the good, we have to deal with and embrace the bad in life. I think Tari does that bravely.

Four Seasons - Performed by Namie Amuro, single to the soundtrack of the anime, Inuyasha - Another amazing song I thought would fit perfectly with the mystery and ancient feeling of Egypt. I also thought it would be perfect for Hathor, as she IS also the goddess of love. Way cool!

This song is chosen for all the battles that Tari goes through. This definitely says 'Girl Power!' ^^

Rain - Performed by EMYLI - This is an amazing song about being optimistic! I love it, and the beat just makes me feel better on my worst days. This is great for the new attitude Tari has when she comes to Egypt. Hope you all like it too! NEW!

Wishing On The Same Star - Performed by Namie Amuro - Not only is Namie Amuro one of my favorite J-Pop singers, she is also a big inspiration to me, and in helping me write my stories. Her songs just seem to blend with what's going on in the chapters and how Tari deals with them. I like this song for the strength it gives, especially as Tari deals with her past.

This is just the song for how desperate the situation gets on Tari's mission to find Osiris's soul, and what emotions she goes through. I love it, just totally love it. ^.^

Whatcha Gonna Do (With Your Second Chance?) - Performed by Nobody's Angel, soundtrack to the movie Disney's 102 Dalmatians. - Now if there's any such a song about second chance's, it's this, and if anyone DOES need a second chance, it would be Tari. ^^ In her heart, Tari longs for a second chance at life since going through a tragic ordeal. Will this adventure be it? Who knows?

Sorry, there's no English translation for now, but as far as I can understand, it's about being bold and taking a chance, and that's definitely what Tari is all about. ^^

I really enjoyed hearing it and I'm using this for Tari's acceptance of her powers, given to her by the Egyptian gods. Love it!

There was no way I could complete this soundtrack without using it. It's one of my fave anime songs, and you'll see how it fits into this story. ^.~

I love magic, and I make sure my story has lots and lots of magic, and Osiris Rising definitely has magic, not to mention attitude!

Little Wonders - Performed by Rob Thomas, single from the soundtrack to the movie Disney's Meet The Robinsons.- From the first second of listening to this song, I fell in love with it. It's soulful, deep, and absolutely true when it we think about it...life is truly made of the small moments, not really the big ones, so we should treasure them, just as Tari is learning to do.

Life Ain't Easy - Performed by Cleopatra. - Some of you might not know who this group of talented sisters from England are, but...I love them, and this song is just too fun, too filled with a positive message to ignore. ^.^ We all know that life is definitely not easy and not always fair, but we still try our best, and that fits wonderfully with Tari. Love it!

Staying Together - Performed by Shane Sutton, single from the movie Jetson: The Movie. - Okay, this song might be a bit older than some of you "internet teens", but it's such a fun-filled, 80's flashback, I couldn't help myself. ^^; It makes a great ending theme for this story, just because it's so fun!

Stay Gold - Performed by Utada Hikaru. - Of all songs that shows the relationship between mother and child, it would be this one. I chose it because it is perfect for how Isis feels about her son Horus and what he's going through, as well as Tari. I just love Utada! ^___^

One Step At A Time - Performed by Jordin Sparks. - A lovely, LOVELY song about knowing what you want in life, and doing all you can to get it. Life isn't meant to be rushed, but enjoyed, so...take it one step at a time. ^^ Thank you Jordin, for sharing this amazing song!

Meant To Fly - Performed by Eva Avila. - Not a lot of Americans know about Canadian Idol, but when I was in Canada, I watched a few episodes of it, and it was pretty interesting. I fell in love with the song released by the 2006 Canadian Idol winner Eva Avila, and I thought it would be perfect for another of Tari's "theme songs". It's gorgeous, and it's cool to share it with American audiences. ^_^

I love the beat, the tempo...everything. ^.^ It fits perfectly for Osiris Rising because it's full of life, acceptance, and believe in yourself and the one you care about. It's a song full of hope and promise for the human race, and hopefully that promise will come. This song is for when Tari realizes she is in ancient Egypt, and sees how simply and with nature people use to live, and hopes it can be like that again. I love it so much. ;)

Where Are You? - Performed by Boa Kwon. - I'm sorry, I searched everywhere and I couldn't find the English lyrics to this most BEAUTIFUL song. I only understand a few words here and there, but as far as I know, it's a love ballad about searching for love, and that's what Tari is going through...searching for love even though she is denying it. So beautiful. ^___^ NEW!
