| SECTION 1. | These By-Laws may be amended in any regular or Special Meeting of the Association, provided that the notice of such meeting contains a full explanation of the proposed amendment. A 60% majority of those votes cast on each amendment either in person or by mail ballot shall be required to adopt the proposed amendment. | ||||||||
