| SECTION 1. | In the event of dissolution of other termination of the Association, the Board of Directors shakll suggest, for approval by the membership that the Branch County Community Foundation or another institution that qualifies for tax exemption under Internal Revenue Code of 1954, Section 501(c)(3), for the assignment of all assets of the Association. A Special Meeting shall be called, which will follow all rules set out in Article V regarding the procedure for membership meetings. In the event that such memebership approves the Board's suggestion, such dissolution and termination of the Association shall occur. | ||||||||
