Saruman the White in Orthanc and with and without Palantir.

Saruman is the head of the Order of Wizards, but he has allied himself with the Dark Lord Sauron. He sends his Uruk-hai to intercept the Fellowship and take the One Ring for himself. Saruman was painted using the guide on this page.
