Orcs and Goblins Scenery
This totem fits into any Orc warcamp. It's a resin model from Forge World I bought a couple of years ago. Don't leave home without it. Well, not when playing Orcs at least. It also acts great as the Effigy of Gork in the Grimgor's 'Ardboyz list.
Above: the Forge World Orc Totem.
Below: two simple Night Goblin tents.
These Night Goblin tents are fairly easy to make. I took three toothpicks, cut off the sharp ends, and glued them into this pyramid-shape, with the ends sticking out a bit. Just glue two together like an X, but with the crossing near the top, and then put the third one in between. Then I took a circular piece of black cloth, and I cut a 'V' shape out of it. That I draped around the poles, glued in place and then drew back the tent flaps and glued them in place. I painted the poles Bestial Brown and added the Waning Moon in the Red Sun, and the tents were done.
This is a hut for my Savage Orc shaman (which I still have to paint). It is in effect a brown cardboard cylinder, with a green cardboard cone on top. I cut out an opening and made some shelves inside, and I cut out lots of thin green stips, to act as the long grass that's on the roof. The walls I then glued sand on, and that I painted with Snakebite Leather and Bleached Bone. The roof I then gave a wash of Dark Green Ink.

This watchtower is one of the first things I've made. I still need to paint it, but it looks rather Orcy all the same, don't you think?
