About The Trials Of Rosie O'Neill
Rosie O�Neill, 43, was a successful, divorced attorney. She left the Beverly Hills law practice she shared with her husband to become a public defender. She started her new life with no big exhortation from either friends or family. They did not understand why she trucked a good job against a low paying one.
Her family included her conservative mother Charlotte; Doreen, her married sister and Kim, her ex-stepdaughter.
Her office �family� included Ben, her boss; Hank the black public defender; Carole the secretary; Barbara, the young clerk; Udeel, Mason and Valerie, fellow public defenders and the investigators Pete and George.
Each episode opened with neurotic Rosie talking about personal and professional problems she was trying to work out.
