Got an opinion on something? You know the drill, Send it in.

Violence in Video Games?

I know there's been a big stir over video games, music, and TV, and if it effects kids or not. If Eminem is just a little bit too crude, a little bit too violent. There's also the whole thing over Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. And of course they play educational shows such as Jerry Springer on TV.

My opinion on this? If you have a problem with your kids watching it, then don't expose them too it. I understand that some kids may think differently then other kids. If they see someone stealing cars and picking up hoes in Grand Theft Auto, then they might get the urge to do that. If you know your kid is gullible, and a tad bit crazy, then perhaps it wouldn't be a good idea to buy him that game. You can't expect to cut off everyone's entertainment enjoyment because of a few upset parents.

I think Eminem is great for the sole fact he enjoys pissing people off.

It's ok to parents though, to have their kids learn about in school, presidents being shot, and current events. It's ok to expose them to the terrorist acts that are going on now. To see two towers fall, the Pentagon being hit, and flight risking their own lives for the sake of others, is ok. To see acts of hate, such as street killings and school shootings.

I don't blame the music, I don't blame TV, I do blame parents, for not controlling their kids.

Yes, I know this 'opinion' had absoluely NO structure what so ever. It was just my mindless rambling.

McDonalds

Ok, this is going to be short and sweet. WHAT are people's problems? They will do anything for money now a days. Including suing Mickey D's for them being fat. Let's see here. If you eat big greasy cheesburgers everyday, extra large fries with pounds of salt on them, and supersized Coke's, of COURSE your going to get fat. No one's FORCING you to eat McDonalds. They do not have a forcefield that traps you inside of it and forces you to stuff your face with it. When I first heard about this, I thought it was a joke. Who in their right mind would sue for something that they as consumers can control?
