When J.Lo came out with her new perfume line "Glow by J.Lo" it caused fans everywhere to run out and buy it. If your one of those who have it, and love it, you may want to stock up now on it. She's facing accusations from Glow Industries for trademark infringement. Glow Industries said that the perfume may confuse customers with it's own "Glow". Glow Industries argues that J.Lo's perfume may cut into some sales. J.Lo's lawyer says that "Glow by J.Lo" is a different name from the "Glow" put out by Glow Industries.
