Back at the Shack in Iraq

Here's a comic I saw in Star and Stripes (a military periodical). It reminds me of Iraq, only without the civlian clothes. Okay, okay...so it doesn't snow, either.

In case you missed it, here's the shack as it stands now. And on your left is the shack as it stood before.
316th QM Co. Yeah, that's who we are on paper, but what we are doing now doesn't exactly make sound like a quartermaster job. For instance, we run the PAX terminal. That's the job of a replacement company, not a water company. We used to run the MWR area, too. We don't do that anymore, though. But others things we do include making wooden benches, setting up tents, and help other units with their convoys.
Whoa, whoa, whoa...what's that? This is a rocket that was found on base. It's called a UXO because it's UneXploded Ordanance. The people who took it away had to have had nerves of steel or something...or maybe a deathwish! He walked right up to it, picked it up, threw it onto his shoulder, then walked it back to his HMMWV, and set it in the back. I wouldn't want to be near that thing...let alone touch it!
No one will accuse this sheriff of being soft on crime! This sign is located on the street where my company lives! It behooves us very much not to speed, but how can this sheriff carry around so much honor if he mispelled honorable?
