Doing spa is another way to maintain health.
There is 2 types of spa- outdoor spa & indoor spa.
But I would like to only talk about the indoor spa
that you can easily to at your home without having to
spend extra money.

This are the key points when doing a spa:

1. Do not to put your shoulder or arms into water 2. Water should only reach up to chest. And do it for 20 to 30 minutes.

is cooling down the upper part of the body while heating up the lower part.

What is good about doing a spa?

  • Spas helps to relax tight or sore muscles after doing great amount of exercise.


  • Soaking into spa is good for those who have high blood pressure, heart disease, ulcers and other stress-related health problems.


  • Spas are beneficial for some people who suffer from arthritis, joint or muscle ailments.


  • Spa does a great job for getting out waste and toxin which are inside of your body.


  • Add fragrances into your spa

    Spa fragrances can produce a flavorful mood. Moreover it will add to the ambiance of a home spa. Bath bead and salt fragrances come in all kinds of attractive scents like floral, fruit, spice, or evergreen flavors.So adding little excitement using various fragrances.


    Spa skin softeners-

    By using skin softener, you can make the water feel soft and smooth. Hot tub crystals improve soaking pleasure with their various scents.

    Aromatherapy uses fragrances to produce a more pleasing state of mind. For example, aromatherapy bath crystals are designed to dissolve in the heated water and delight the senses.

    When buying a spa fragrance and aromatherapy products, be sure you those that are suitable for hot tub and spa water. Only consider fragrances, softeners and crystals that won't affect the balance of your water or cause damage to the wall and floor of your hot tub or equipment.
