The AIDS Ride had a new "motto" this year, and it's one that's changed my outlook on life. Thank you all, for believing in me and the power of Human Kind. Together, we've changed the lives of many. We've helped those living with HIV and AIDS to receive much needed services. We've raised awareness that this dread disease is still a crisis in America and in the world. And we've proven that in this crazy, mixed up world, it is indeed possible to be both. Thank you for sharing my journey! I hope I've conveyed, in words and images, the spirit of the California AIDS Ride. |
