Story: Ok, so well I was never even thinking about piercing my anti-tragus, it was completely impulsive. I had just come back from my friends' house. One of them had just repierced her eyebrow and one pierced her cartilage, and I did the starter bottom hole for an industrial (something, by the way, I will have someday!!). I was sitting at my computer in my room, as usual, looking at industrial pictures on bmezine (one of favorite piercing sites along with this one) and started to pierce the top hole (helix cartilage) and it kinda hurt so I had to work at it for a while, but the needle finally got through. I quickly took the needle out, and tried to put an earring in, but I was so tired and stupid, I couldn't find the damn hole!!
Ok, so on to my anti-tragus: I was really pissed off about my industrial hole, but quickly got over it, and knew that I had to pierce something then, because I was REALLY wanting a new piercing! So I was looking on around on bmezine, and saw the snug and thought it was so cute, but it ended up being really hard to do, so I then stumbled onto the anti-tragus pictures. After looking at my 75 that I was allowed to see (I don't have a membership yet), I decided to go for it. I got out a brand new 18 gauge sewing needle (so I know it would be really sharp) and started to pierce it. It was kinda painful, but I've felt worse. I got the 18 gauge needle in, and then got out my 16 gauge diaper pin (high quality supplies, I know) and tried to jam it into the little hole I had just made. This took me over an hour, and I haden't even gotten the jewelry in yet! I took out the diaper pin it and tried to get the jewelry in (a 16 gauge eyebrow my friend gave my to gauge one of my earlobe holes to a 16 gauge). This process was another 1 1/2- 2 hours. I was so frusterated, I took one of my 16 gauge CBR's out of my ear, and tried to get the rest of the hole opened up. This (after another half hour) worked, and now all I needed to do was get my barbell in! After about 3 tries, I finally got it in!! I screwed the other spike on the other end, and it was sore, but I loved it!!
So now it's 2 days later, and I love it still! It's kinda more at an angle, but that just makes it more original! It is still sore, and like I said before, it hurts when I smile, but only if I smile REALLY hard (like as hard as I can), which is bearable.
And since you probably know from my cartilage and tragus stories, I have a bitchy old-fasioned mother, so I am trying to hide it as best as I can. So far it's working, but I hope I can keep it up as long as possible (who knows how mad she will be when she finds out about this one!!!!!)
Also, my tragus piercing is on my left ear, and my anti-tragus is on my right ear. Just thought I would tell you they are on opposite ears just so you know! (in case you were wondering, which you probably weren't, but oh well!)
Needle: A 18 gauge sewing needle, and a 16 gauge diaper pin

Purchased: Sewing needles were from Safeway and my friend gave me the diaper pin
Cost: Sewing needles were like a dollar (but I didn't pay for them), and the diaper pin was free!
Jewelry: Curved barbell with purple beachball spikes on the ends

Purchased: My friend got a pack of them on Ebay
Cost: She gave it to me, but it definitely wasn't a lot for like 5 of 6 of them (Ebay has great jewelry and piercing kits REALLY cheap by the way!!)
Aftercare: Nothing really, just some soap, and thats about all
