Catsy

As one of the Nightmares, Catsy is expected to behave wickedly and act against Link in his efforts to escape Koholint. Quickly, however, it becomes quite clear that Catsy has a different agenda, one which sets her at odds with the other Nightmares and makes her valuable asset to Link, even when he isn't aware of it.

At first, Catsy appears to be vain and flighty, forever changing her outfits and shoes. As the story progresses, however, Catsy demonstrates a deep and undying love and loyalty to Carry - who she has known for years - and Link and Zelda. Although her motives are initially shrouded in mystery, her deeds frequently lead Link to success.

Catsy was once a Siren, responsible for luring lovesick sailors to their deaths, alongside her sisters Angelika and Iris. Since severing her ties with the Nightmares, Catsy has made an enemy of all her brothers and sisters, especially Flame, the leader and eldest of the Nightmares.

Catsy is a very secretive character. She hides her alliance with the goddess Farore all the way to the end of the series. Additionally, she does not want Carry to know that he is her son. Catsy operates in shadows, literally and figuratively, only revealing herself to the Hylians when absolutely necessary.
