About the Author

As I write this article, I have been a member of the online Zelda fan community for many years. I first became interested in the games when I was given a Gameboy with The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening for my tenth birthday. It is my favorite game and the basis of the entire "Secrets" story saga.

I am an aspiring playwright and author and have written many works outside of the fanfiction circles, most of them based on the stories of Greek mythology fo which I developed a passion long before I ever encountered Zelda.

I graduated from Northwestern University in 2007 with departmental honors from the Theatre Department and Magna cum Laude. I earned a BS from the School of Communication and I minored in Classical Studies from the School of Arts and Sciences. I am a proud member of the American Alliance of Theatre and Education.
