Seattle Rental Cars
If you are comfortable driving in a new city, a rental car is the recommended way to get around Seattle.  Within Seattle taxis are limited, meaning that you'll have to have one called whenever you need one and you'll probably want a car to get out of town to see the mountains and waterfalls.

Seattle Limo
Limos are price competitive with Taxis - and sometimes work out cheaper because you don't pay extra for traffic and never have to worry about paying extra for going on an indirect route or making multiple stops. 

Seattle Taxi
Taxi service is reliable, but taxis don't roam the streets in Seattle - you'll need to get someone to call a Taxi for you when you need one.
