General membership meetings are scheduled for the second Thursday of every other month from March through November. All meetings start at 5:30 p.m. Guests and friends are invited. Spring and fall meetings are held indoors at the Oxbow Activity Center, southwest of Seattle's Boeing Field, just across the Duwamish River west of the Flight Museum. Guest speakers from the industry, pro racers, and instructors are invited to speak to the club on a wide variety of windsurfing topics. Outdoor meetings are held at local sailing sites. These meetings also have guest visitors, often from the Gorge. Friends and other interested sailors (including non-BWC members) are invited to attend club meetings. Any votes, of course, are limited to club members. Friends are also welcome to participate in club outings. They must (always the disclaimer) sign a "hold Boeing harmless" waiver for their participation in the outing.
