The Private John Slagle SCV Camp meets the second Saturday of the month 12 noon at the home of Commander Robert K. Stock 18 Hawthorne #1 in Medford. There are no meetings during July and August. The members of the Sons of Confederate Veterans are doctors, lawyers, pastors, teachers, genealogists, police officers, business owners, farmers, and more. Membership is open to any male descendants of Confederate Veterans, and we invite and encourage you to join the SCV.
All members of the public with an interest in the history and heritage of the Confederacy are welcome at our meetings. Please bring your friends and families as our meetings are very enlightening, including knowledgeable guest speakers, educational programs, insightful discussions, and exhibitions of period militaria.
