| The front door was moved from the livingroom to what once was the dining room. This changed the traffic pattern and added several usable sq feet to the livingroom. We relocated the front door to the room with the stairway to the second floor creating what would be a proper entry. See FOYER/ OFFICE for the results of a redesign of the room floor plan that resulted in a new office and spacious closet. |

The roof had just been replaced and was the only thing that didn't suffer water damage. The porch had to be completely replaced. We took advantage of this opportunity and redesigned the main entry to the house. |

| The shutters on the Bay window are recycled closet doors. They did swrink a bit, but otherwise worked perfectly. |
