OCPM Cohort 4 Bios

Diana Baker

Diana currently works for the Industrial Commission of Ohio as an Administrative Assistant II in the Logan District Office. Diana has a total of 11 years with the Industrial Commission and has managed the Logan Office for 7 years.

Previous management experience includes Assistant Manager of Advisory Support Operations, 6950th Electronic Security Squadron, RAF Chicksands, England; and assisting in the management of Wackenhut Security, Columbus, Ohio branch as an Executive Secretary.

Diana holds an Associates degree in Secretarial Studies, 1987, Albuquerque TV-I, Albuquerque, NM; an Associates in Applied Business - Computer Software Applications from Southeastern Business College, 2002, Lancaster, Ohio branch; and is currently in the OCPM Program, Cohort #4, southeast Ohio.

She is actively involved with the Industrial Commission Employee of the Month Program; Public Relations Committee Chair for the OCPM Society; and has participated in the Adopt-A-School Pen Pal program, as well as participated in the Combined Charitable Campaign, Operation Feed, and Holiday Food Baskets with her agency.



Corey Clark


Corey began working at the Child Support Enforcement Agency as a Case Manager in 1998, which is now part of Fairfield County Job & Family Services. He is a Case Management Supervisor, and was promoted to Supervisor in February 2000.

Corey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with a Minor in Political Science from Ohio University and is currently in the OCPM Program, Cohort #4, southeast Ohio.




Nancy Craigmiles


Nancy has worked for the State of Ohio for 29 years, beginning with the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services. This agency merged with the Department of Human Services and became the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services in 1999.

She has many years of supervisory experience, including positions such as Work Incentive Program Supervisor, Customer Service Supervisor, and Employment Service Supervisor. She has been a Customer Service Center Manager for the last 3 years.

Nancy has a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Ohio University, Athens and is currently in the OCPM Program, Cohort #4, southeast Ohio.

Nancy is currently a member of the Greater Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce and the American Legion Auxilliary. Past affiliations include Ohio Option, Area 7, Workforce Investment Act Policy Board Member, a Member of Society of Human Resource Managers; Quality Advocate Zone Coordinator; and District Profiling Coordinator through her agency.



William K. Crump


William started with ODNR Division of Parks & Recreation as a Park Ranger, in 1986. In 1995, William was promoted to Park Manager of Wolf Run State Park.

William attended and received a Certificate of Completion for Supervisors Management School from North Carolina State University in 1996, and attended the Graduate Seminar in 1998. He is currently in the OCPM Program, Cohort #4, southeast Ohio.

William is an active member with the Caldwell Head Start Program and provides Nature programs to the children in the Head Start Program.

William is also the head of the Auxilliary Deputies and member of the Muskingham County Sheriffs Department.




Scott Fulks


Scott is a Transportation Manager at the Ohio Department of Transportation's District Ten Office in Marietta, Ohio. He has been with the department for 21 years and is currently involved with strategic planning, court investigations, data base management, and organizational development.

Previously, he was a business agent for a labor organization representing state employees and was in charge of several large locals throughout Ohio including Cincinnati, Columbus, and various other parts of the state.

He is a member of the ODOT Leadership Academy and is currently enrolled at Ohio University's College of Communications and anticipates a Bachelor's Degree the spring of 2003. Scott is also currently in the OCPM Program, Cohort #4, southeast Ohio.

Scott is also a third year examiner of the Ohio Award for Excellence. OAE promotes the overall competitiveness and growth of Ohio-based organizations in domestic and global markets by developing and recognizing those organizations that practice measurable continuous improvement and utilize outstanding processes to achieve customer-focused performance excellence.

Scott is actively involved in the annual Combined Charitable Campaign and several organizations serving people with disabilities.



Richard Lusk


Richard is currently the Forest Manager of Zaleski State Forest. He began his career working in the private forest products industry in Ohio, Alabama, Illinois and Wisconsin.

He has worked for the Ohio Department of Natural Resources for the last 18 years serving as a Project Supervisor with the Division of Civilian Conservation and as a Forest Manager with the Division of Forestry for the last 12 years.

Richard holds an Associates Degree in Forestry from Hocking College in 1982. Richard is currently in the OCPM Program, Cohort #4, southeast Ohio.

Richard is a commissioned Forest Officer with the DOF and serves as an Auxiliary Sheriffs Deputy in Jackson County.

Randy Sneddon


Randall is currently the Safety/Service Director and Director of Transportation with the City of Chillicothe and has served the City of Chillicothe for 8 years. Randall is also on the Board of Controls for Finances for the City of Chillicothe, and the Secretary of the Planning Commission.

Randall has 11 years of previous management experience in the restaurant business, which included all aspects of the business such as: budget, payroll, personnel and purchasing. He also supervised multiple restaurants during his 11 years in this business.

Randall is certified in Drug and Alcohol Training and Implementation, Labor/Management certified and oversees three different labor management committees. Randall is also on three different labor negotiation committess, certified in Fiscal Management and is currently in the OCPM Program, Cohort #4, southeast Ohio.

Randall is currently active as a Tree Commission Member, President of Ross County MRDD, is a Board Member for the Chillicothe Youth Baseball League, and a Member of Ohio Public Transportation Association and the Community Transportation Association of America.

Randall also serves as a Member of the Ohio Association of Public Safety Directors, Ross County Conservation League Housing Advisory Committee Flood Wall Advisory Committee, and on the Ad Hoc Transportation Board in association with Ohio Job and Family Services.



Mark West


Mark began his career with the Division of Parks and Recreation, Department of Natural Resources in 1980. He was the Assistant Park Manager for Hocking Hills State Park, from 1987 to 2002, when he was promoted to Park Manager of Blue Rock State Park/Muskinghum River Parkway.

Mark has previous management experience to include researching, developing and managing the Mounted Patrol Program in 1981 and oversaw that program until 1987. After his promotion to Assistant Park Manager at Hocking Hills State Park, and for the next 13 years, Mark supervised the administrative operations of Hocking Hills State Park, revenue producing offices and areas and pool/lifeguard operations of the Park. Mark also assisted in identifying and obtaining several multi-million dollar capital improvements and introduced new merchandising and resale operations to Hocking Hills State Park.

Mark graduated from the 10th Ohio Parks Ranger Academy and became a commissioned Park Officer in 1980, and shortly after began work at East Fork State Park.

Mark is currently in the OCPM Program, Cohort #4, southeast Ohio.



Randall E. Zeisler


Randall is currently the Assistant Manager at Burr Oak State Park, after a promotion to that position in 1993, from the position of Park Ranger at Lake Hope State Park.

Randall graduated from The Ohio State University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources. He majored in Parks and Recreation Administration with an emphasis on Resource Management and completed the Ohio Department of Natural Resource, Division of Parks and Recreation�s Ranger Academy in 1986.

Randall is currently in the OCPM Program, Cohort #4, southeast Ohio.
