C/LCDR Timothy Mangrobang is a senior/NS-4 within the Silver Creek NJROTC unit. He continues to inspire cadets to succeed in anything they do. Cadet Mangrobang joined the unit in his freshman year and became a well known member of the varsity armed drill team, even gaining command of the team in just his sophomore year. In the summer of his sophomore year Cadet Mangrobang attended a vigorous course known as Hawaii Leadership Academy. The whole event was two week and Cadet Mangrobang succeeded with flying colors passing with an "A" grade. When he returned from the academy he was given the rightful position of executive officer, the second highest position any cadet can hold while being in a NJROTC program. And whats more, he earned this officer position and rank while being a junior in the program. He also still held the role of being the varisity armed commander, and built one of the most motivated teams ever. Now in his senior year in high school he was chosen to lead the raider company as the commanding officer for the 2006-2007 school year. He has high hopes to make the drill teams stronger then they are now, and to even aim for Distinguished Unit for the Raider Company.
