The Montessori teaching method is not a traditional practice. Sensoral learning and learning through nature and peers are Montessori principles. This method allows children to learn at their own pace.
This design embraces the natural site with a solar panel covered walkway connecting the administrative building to each of the classrooms. Each classroom has its own green space and geothermal heat pump, allowing the studetns to interact closely with nature, and the school to be nearly self-sufficient. |
