- We reserve the right to change any itinerary
that may be given, to suit prevailing weather conditions
and/or any other circumstances that may arise.
- All crew are responsible for their own
travel arrangements to and from pick-up points.
- If we have to cancel arrangements or
change itineraries any contributions paid in advance towards
food costs will be refunded pro rata, but we do not accept
any responsibility for circumstantial losses that you may
have incurred.
- The Skipper's decision is final on all
matters relating to the safe running of the Vessel and its
tenders.
- We do not accept any responsibility for
any damage caused to personal items or electrical equipment
brought on board by crew howsoever caused. If you do bring
these items with you we suggest that you insure them. Aquapac
waterproof bags for mobile phones and cameras are a good
idea.
- No illegal drugs or unlawful goods of
any kind are allowed on board.
- Any special dietary requirements need
to be advised in advance.
- We reserve the right to ask anyone to
leave at any time - we hope this never happens but if it
does we will refund any contributions made towards expenses
on a pro-rata basis.
- We carry third party liability insurance
but we recommend that you have your own insurance to cover
baggage, personal accident etc.
- All crew are responsible for ensuring
that they are medically fit for a voyage in a sailing vessel.
