Founders' Woods is also known for the fun social gatherings. In the center of all the apartment buildings there is a clubhouse for the resident's use. The clubhouses is another place for residents to hangout and relax. The clubhouse provides residents with workout equipment; it is open 24 hours to fit into a busy college student's life. Beth Hall, a junior at Benedictine, said, "One of the main reasons I chose to attend school at Benedictine is to live in Founders'. I really enjoy living in an apartment and being able to hang out with friends who all live within walking distance of me."

In all three dorms and in the Founders' Woods apartments, there are different facilities offered to the residents. Each student who is living in the residential halls is provided with laundry facilities, mail service, telephone service, cable television, computer network and vending machines.
