| This is the Evaulation Board TA103A. It is a digital amp from Tripath. This is the most up and coming technology in amplifiers. It uses DPP (Digital Power Processing). It has 2 x 250 watts or 500 watts bridged. We are going to be using it bridged for our subwoofer. It works well and sounds really good. The heat sink on it really isn't needed, in my opinion. I ran it for 45 mins pushing a 15 in sub at high volumes and it didn't even get warm. It ran cold the whole time. To learn more about this new technology go to Tripath. |
